Tapas Dining

A changing tide in dining is occurring across the country.  The introduction of small portions, often referred to as "tapas," is influencing the dining experience.  This tapas movement which essentially allows you to create your own tasting menu is not as much a fad or trend as it is a major shift in dining style.  The driving force behind this movement is the diner's desire to manage and control portion size, to have a greater selection of foods from which to choose and to adopt healthier eating habits overall.  The Glen Gardner Inn has recognized the need to have a customer friendly menu and has adopted this change in dining preference.

Tapas Dining at the Glen Gardner Inn

The Inn offers tapas style dining across the entire menu.  By ordering and sharing many small plates, you can sample an array of culinary treats, and without over ordering, satisfy a desire for taste exploration.  This concept has been enthusiastically received at the Inn where diners are enjoying the experience of designing their own small plate medley or swapping and sampling around the table.

We Serve Certified Angus Beef®

For your dining pleasure, the Inn serves Certified Angus Beef®exclusively and is one of a few select restaurants in the USA licensed to do so.  While other labels might say Angus, there is only one Certified Angus Beef® brand.  This is beef so exceptional that it is certified by the USDA Grading Service to meet rigid standards......so exceptional that less than 8% of all USDA inspected meat is approved to be labeled Certified Angus Beef® .  The Glen Gardner Inn is proud to serve Certified Angus Beef®.
